Prices are expressed in euros (€) and are indicative. They may be subject to revision depending on market developments and construction costs. Payment terms are defined in the reservation contract and the final deed of sale.
The reservation of a property is made by signing a reservation contract accompanied by the payment of a security deposit. This deposit is governed by applicable legislation and will be deducted from the purchase price when the final deed is signed.
Delivery of the HOYA project is planned for 2026. This date is indicative and may be subject to change depending on the progress of construction and unforeseen circumstances.
